Hi, I'm Dan, founder of First Step Fitness 208.

For most of my life, I struggled with my weight. At my heaviest, I weighed over 650 pounds. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, frustrated, and unsure where to start. I also know what it's like to take that first step.

Over the last several years, I've lost more than 150 pounds and completely transformed my life through strength training, nutrition, consistency, and a commitment to becoming a better version of myself every day.

Fitness didn't just change my body, it changed my mindset, confidence, and outlook on life. That's why I became a Certified Personal Trainer. My mission is to help others who feel stuck, intimidated, or lost when it comes to fitness.

I specialize in helping beginners, men and women who are starting their fitness journey, and those who need guidance, accountability, and a realistic plan they can actually stick to. Whether your goal is weight loss, building strength, improving your health, or simply feeling better, I'm here to help you every step of the way.

With over 15 years of strength training experience and firsthand knowledge of what it takes to overcome the odds and create lasting change, I bring both professional coaching and real-life experience to every client I work with.

At First Step Fitness 208, my mission is to help men and women take that first step toward a healthier, stronger life. I believe fitness doesn't have to be complicated, it starts with showing up, building confidence, and staying committed to the process. My goal is to provide guidance, accountability, and support so beginners can learn how to strength train, lose weight, gain strength, and create lasting habits that lead to real results.
